About Halotherapy

Scientific studies have shown that pure salt is:

• Anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial

• Able to reduce airborne pathogens

• Supportive of respiratory health by absorbing toxins, allergens, and foreign substances

• Breathing in microscopic salt particles allows mucus to be expectorated more effectively, supporting overall wellness.

What to Expect

• The salt room is dry and slightly cool.

• Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Your clothes and skin may collect a thin layer of salt.

• Shoes must be removed (shoe covers provided).

• Eye masks and blankets available for your comfort.

• Session begins with guided breathwork meditation, followed by soothing binaural beats.

• A soft grinding sound may be heard from the halogenerator dispersing salt. Earbuds may be used if you prefer.

• Halotherapy is a safe, natural, and holistic wellness practice, suitable for all ages and stages of life (including pregnancy).

• It is not a medical treatment and not recommended for individuals with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, lung cancer, severe hypertension, mental disorders, or active tuberculosis without consulting a physician.

• Pregnant women or individuals with serious health conditions should seek medical advice before participating.

• While some may feel immediate relief from allergies or respiratory discomfort, 3–5 sessions are recommended to begin, with monthly maintenance as needed.
